Merger and Listing

8 to Infinity was by then one of the largest hosting companies in Singapore. We were approached by many for Merger and Acquisitions. Most of them involved merging and listing on the stock exchange. We were deeply involved in the negotiations with two parties. Nearly signed on the dotted lines, but I have second thoughts, really don't like the idea of merge and list on the stock market at our present company strength. I feel we can grow far stronger and better. Our aim was to grow the company and not to list on stock exchange and sell out. The Dot com burst proved that we were right, as our companies with prudent strategies and look at their overheads closely survived. And we are the Survivors. Singapore Web Hosting
