Merger and Listing

8 to Infinity was by then one of the largest hosting companies in Singapore. We were approached by many for Merger and Acquisitions. Most of them involved merging and listing on the stock exchange. We were deeply involved in the negotiations with two parties. Nearly signed on the dotted lines, but I have second thoughts, really don't like the idea of merge and list on the stock market at our present company strength. I feel we can grow far stronger and better. Our aim was to grow the company and not to list on stock exchange and sell out. Hiring of Technical Support

Our client base continue to grow to more than 10 000 users, at that time I decided it is time to hire a new staff. It was quite an agonising experience, have to think of whether our earnings can sustain the staff, whether the future earnings can and how to train the staff etc. Finally got an ex colleague to be our first full time staff.
